Originally, our customer base included the health, housing and social care sectors. However, more recently our reach has expanded to include the private sector and other not-for-profit organisations. Following a comprehensive scoping exercise, new clients are handed over to our Implementation Team, who ensure you have everything you need for a smooth onboarding. Standard onboarding comes with 4 hours of training and a comprehensive User Manual. Once onboarded, we have a number of support packages to keep you running smoothly.

We started our journey above a pub in North London in 1999. And since then, year after year, we’ve evolved. Today, we offer our software and services to hundreds of small, medium and large national organisations.
